We have approximately 600 employees across about thirty clinics offering both general and specialist dental care as needed. We offer summer jobs at several of our public dental clinics throughout Östergötland, with both large and small clinics available in all municipalities of the region. Summer jobs with temporary licenses are primarily offered at our clinics in Norrköping, Linköping, Mjölby, and Motala. When you work with us during the summer, you gain practical experience and insight into how a public dental clinic operates. Job Description

You will observe, perform clinical work, and connect theory with practice. You will conduct examinations and simpler treatments while also getting the chance to see how one of our clinics operates. Throughout the period and in all aspects, you will have access to a mentor who supports you pedagogically, and we will ensure that you have an experienced and competent dental nurse by your side to assist you.

About You

We are looking for someone who has completed their ninth semester. You need to have completed all modules in your education to be eligible to work with a temporary license with us. You should have good computer skills, and since you will be in constant dialogue with patients, colleagues, and relatives, it is important that you have good Swedish language skills in both spoken and written form.

Application and Employment

You need to apply for the temporary license together with the clinic manager at the National Board of Health and Welfare. Since there is a processing time at the National Board of Health and Welfare, it is advisable to start this process as early as possible so that you can work under your temporary license. Summer jobs with temporary licenses are offered during June, July, and August. The number of weeks, tasks, and schedule will be determined in consultation with the clinic manager at the clinic.

A certificate from the school confirming that you have completed your ninth semester will need to be attached to the application form for special appointment. On January 15, February 4, and February 26, we will hold information sessions with interviews, aimed at those who have not previously summer worked with us.
