For those who work and for those who cannot get to the rehabilitation center. At Bräcke diakoni, you will work independently, close to people's everyday lives, and make a real difference every day. We are now looking for someone with experience as a coordinator who wants to work with us full-time. You will work daytime, weekdays, without weekends and on-call duties.

Your Role

As a coordinator for the home healthcare nurses, home rehabilitation occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and the night staff of home care, you will play a key role in creating security and good continuity for our clients. You are responsible for staffing, personnel administration, and sick leave, and you will also work in our operational systems with invoicing and orders.

The role is independent but involves close and supportive collaboration with the deputy manager and the manager. Working hours are daytime Monday to Friday from 07:30 to 16:00.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is proactive in their work and can confidently plan and prioritize their tasks. You find it easy to collaborate with others and have the ability to navigate complex issues. With a professional approach, you contribute to a collaborative work style that strengthens both trust and quality in our joint efforts.

Qualifications

• Education in healthcare and social services, preferably post-secondary
• Experience as a coordinator in municipal healthcare and social services
• Good computer skills
• Good knowledge and experience of Treserva/Health Case
• Good ability to communicate in Swedish, both orally and in writing
• Driving license B

Meritorious

• Experience working in various planning and scheduling systems

Our Operations

At Bräcke diakoni in Linköping, we take pride in our comprehensive responsibility for care, healthcare, and rehabilitation at home. Our home healthcare team collaborates closely with the municipality and several healthcare providers to provide the right support to individuals who are often elderly or have disabilities and wish to remain at home. We are a strong team consisting of nurses, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists who together create a holistic approach to care. In collaboration with assistants from our home care groups and sheltered housing, we work closely with the people we serve.
