We are now looking for an accounting economist to be based at our fantastic office in Södra Stigamo. Your Responsibilities:

As an accounting economist with us, you will prepare and participate in monthly closings, handle VAT declarations, and reconcile balance accounts. The work will be conducted both towards Sweden and Norway, and it is advantageous if you have experience with accounting work in Norwegian companies.

You will also work with accounts receivable, invoicing, and reminder management. Customer contact is common in the position when questions arise and in cases where customers dispute invoices for various reasons.

The position involves many contacts both internally and externally, so it is important that you are comfortable with this and find it enjoyable. Sesol is a company where a lot happens, and you have great opportunities to learn something new every day.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with a university degree in economics and extensive experience in accounting work. You have knowledge of VAT reporting and monthly closings, as well as very strong knowledge of accounts receivable. As a person, you are structured, responsible, unpretentious, and positive. It is a requirement that you are used to working in various systems such as Excel and have a high level of data maturity to create structure in your work.

We currently work in Zendesk, Visma Net, and Semine, and it is advantageous if you are proficient in these. It is also beneficial if you have knowledge of laws and regulations regarding accounting in Norwegian companies.
