About the position

We are currently seeking a meticulous and unpretentious administrator on behalf of our client. The company you will be working for builds and maintains railways and other infrastructure. As an administrator in fault correction, you will be part of a team consisting of project managers, technicians, supervisors, and administrators. The role offers a great variety, as some days you will be out in meetings and you will need to juggle multiple tasks, especially during high-pressure situations. 

The position is a parental leave cover running until March 31st.

Your future tasks

• Participate in meetings with clients and suppliers where you take minutes
• Prepare documents and PowerPoints
• Assist with administrative tasks 

We are looking for someone who has

• Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Good computer skills
