With us, you will assist private customers via phone and email with everything from contracts and electricity consumption to questions about the power grid – ensuring that the customer's everyday life runs smoothly.

Scope: 80% Fixed monthly salary (at 80%): 18,997 SEK (over 24 years) / 16,386 SEK (under 24 years) Bonus: Up to 5,000 SEK/month after onboarding, linked to performance and customer satisfaction Employment type: Permanent with a 6-month probationary period Collective agreement: Call/Contact Center and Market Research Companies

As part of our team, you will assist customers with everything from contracts and payments to questions about electricity consumption and the power grid. You will receive paid training and support from the team throughout your journey.

In practice, this means that you: Assist customers via incoming calls and emails Answer questions about contracts, electricity consumption, and terms Handle various customer inquiries in a fair and solution-oriented manner Contribute to a positive customer experience every day
