"Womsafe Safety Training"
Womsafe is a company leading the development of proactive safety training exclusively for women. Womsafe's goal is to help women regain their safety through comprehensive training – for both young and adult women.
The training we offer is Sweden's most complete and is based on society as it is today.
Our training is highly appreciated and aims to be physically present throughout Sweden. We cater to the private market, companies, and organizations.
We simply create safety through our training for all women who wish and need it.

"Companies are built on good people" With that said, Womsafe is now looking for an outdoor salesperson (B2B) with high ambitions and strong drive, who is ready to roll up their sleeves immediately. The position starts right after training on the product and system.
You enjoy selling a product/service that you can be proud of in all contexts and that simultaneously creates safety for women in our society "Safety for all women"
To thrive in this role, we see that you are fearless and love to work independently but also in a group. Strategies, experiences, and support are continuously shared with colleagues through both digital and physical meetings.
We will of course train you on the product. If you have also worked or are working in field sales with high performance, you will become a star with us.
If you already have a large network and are a person who likes to be in the spotlight! Yes, then you have probably already sold your first month's salary before you even start, as the product can be sold in almost any network along with a large portion of pride.
Then you have:
- A good ability to be social, positive, and pleasant in all weather.
- A strong desire to succeed and thrive on delivering top performance. You love results!
- The ability to adapt to different situations, different people, and are professional in your work.
- No problem expressing yourself fluently in Swedish, both in writing and speaking.
In your future position at Womsafe, you will work B2B, that is, with the corporate market that has female employees, which applies to almost all companies, which places high demands on you as an applicant.
The focus for this position will be on small and medium-sized companies (companies on the ground level). Everything from health centers, restaurants, hotels, shops, gyms, etc.
You systematically process the different customer segments through smart planning. You use our Dialer system to contact and schedule meetings with customers. You do the preparatory work from home using our systems to then visit the customers you have booked.
We are looking for someone with high ambitions who wants to be rewarded for good performance. You will get this by working towards a good and completely commission-based salary with no cap at first, with a product that is easy for the customer to understand. If you wish to change the salary model after demonstrated results, we are completely open to that, e.g., base salary + commission or just a fixed salary.
It is important that you as a salesperson feel secure in yourself and know that the job is based on your own ability to perform.
You work daytime Monday to Friday as a starting point. But if you want to work a weekend or two to visit potential customers, you can choose freely. It is the results that count.
The work primarily involves:
*Independently contact, using the dialer system as a working tool, and process customers through phone and email and meeting booking.
*Present our offer (which is good), handle negotiations, and make your own assessments for a good conclusion of the deal.
You will work from home with a lot of freedom under your own responsibility and have dialogue with colleagues and the nearest supervisor for support and help. You live in Gothenburg and will be active in Gothenburg with some possible deviations to neighboring municipalities. You do not need a car since you enjoy our environment and are quick on customer visits. You do the preparatory work from home.
To work with us, you need to express yourself fluently in Swedish, both in writing and speaking.
