Since our inception, Klimathjälpen has been driven by two key words: development and community. We have built a team of motivated environmental consultants that is more like a family than a company. At Klimathjälpen, we win together and lose together.

Now we are looking for a team leader for events who shares our ambition to always get a little better every day.

Who are we?

Klimathjälpen works to raise awareness about the environment and to reduce annual carbon dioxide emissions. Our goal is to help as many people as possible become more aware of the environment and reduce their climate impact.

We do this, among other things, through the sale of climate compensation. Compensating for your carbon emissions means removing the same amount of carbon dioxide that you emit. A simple, popular, and easy-to-sell product.

What does the job entail?

As a Team Leader at Klimathjälpen, you will be responsible for budgeting, recruiting, and training new and existing employees. You won't just put your feet up on the desk; you will actively meet with your salespeople and customers. Additionally, you will sell yourself in true team spirit. You lead by example and inspire your employees.

You have a clear goal in what and where you want to go in your career, and you see great value in creating and developing relationships and a good team. You enjoy setting budgets and smashing them. You are competitive and help your salespeople thrive and perform at work.
