About the position:

In 2023, we are launching another department with a new product for businesses. We are now looking for a sales manager who can build our sales department, which will include both a tele-sales team and a meeting booking team.

You will work with a security service based on new technology developed in Sweden. Our alarm system is easier to install, has a smoother user-friendliness, provides a safe and secure protection for the premises, and is more cost-effective compared to the major competitors. Our product is equally competitive in quality but at half the price. This makes the product extremely attractive to our customers and a rewarding product to sell.

We contact small and medium-sized enterprises. The contact is mostly through existing customers from Boomr, as well as through booked meetings from our booking department.

You will start with a training month where you will receive training in the product and internal systems. After that, you will get to try selling the product to further familiarize yourself with the product and customers. Once you have completed your training, the idea is for you to start your own sales team that you will train and lead further.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for someone who has previously worked in direct sales. You are accustomed to using the phone as a tool and find it easy to talk to people.

If you have previous experience in selling alarms or similar products, that is a significant plus.

We expect you to have several years of sales experience. You have a natural and positive way of interacting with others and enjoy talking on the phone with new people.
