About the Position

You will work in an exciting industry with a fast pace and goal-oriented staff. You will contact companies of all sizes and industries. You will build your own customer portfolio that you will manage regularly. Initially, you will focus solely on new sales, which will later transition to managing existing customers. Responsibilities include sales, prospecting, quoting, and designing packages based on customer needs.

The position is full-time, Monday to Friday.

The Sales Role

To succeed as a salesperson, you need to be outgoing and enjoy talking to people. Since the work is performance-based, it is also an advantage if you are competitive and enjoy challenges. You will create and present quotes for customers, so you need to have basic knowledge of Office and enjoy finding good solutions for both the customer and the company.

Qualifications

We expect you to have at least 3 months of prior sales experience. We are looking for someone who enjoys making contact with new people, is driven, and contributes positive energy. Fluency in Swedish is a requirement.

Salary

The salary is based on a fixed salary of 36,500 SEK plus commission. The salary increases to 66,500 SEK when you reach your budget. The average salary for a new salesperson is between 36,500 - 60,000 SEK.
