What does the job entail?

As a Team Leader at Jobbplats, you will be responsible for budgeting, scheduling, and training new and existing employees. You won't just put your feet up on the desk and burn through your old call lists; instead, you will be active and meet your salespeople and customers. Additionally, you will sell yourself in true team spirit. You practice what you preach, lead by example, and inspire your team members.

If the role of team leader goes well, there are great opportunities to take on the role of sales manager. Then you will be responsible for our team leaders.
