Description

I will be taking over a small clinic in the heart of Simrishamn and I need you to be engaged and self-driven.

You should enjoy change and helping to develop the clinic and yourself. You will play a central role in providing our patients with the best possible care and attention, as well as contributing to the overall environment of the clinic.

You will work independently, which means you must be driven and take your own initiatives. I appreciate someone who is fearless and innovative, and you will help shape our clinic.

Currently, the clinic has only one treatment room, one dentist, and one dental nurse. In April, there will be two treatment rooms, and my goal is to have at least two teams on-site eventually. If we grow, I can even see us having four teams working solo group.

Responsibilities

All kinds of dental hygienist work, but also general assistance as is common in a small private clinic. This means that when you don’t have patients, you will answer the phone, book appointments, work on quality assurance, clean, do laundry, and assist in sterilization. I am looking for someone who is not afraid to work and sees all tasks as fun, ensuring that the job is varied.

Qualifications

• You are a licensed dental hygienist and you are applying for this position because you want to be with me for a long time - perhaps even your last job.
• You are empathetic and enjoy working with people.
• You are loyal and have a good ability to build relationships with both patients and colleagues.
• You are driven and skilled at your job, always striving to provide the best possible care.
• You have a positive attitude and see change as an opportunity.
• You are not shy and have a good sense of humor.
• You speak perfect Swedish.
• Your personality will be crucial.

Conditions

Since I have not yet taken over the clinic, I am not entirely sure if I am looking for a part-time or full-time position. I hope to know soon, so please apply for the job.
