We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Business Controller for an exciting interim assignment lasting approximately six months. In this role, you will take full responsibility for financial management in a large and complex business area, working closely with both management and central functions. You will be a key person in driving analysis, development, and profitability forward.

Your main responsibilities:

• Financial management and follow-up – closing accounts, budgeting, and forecasting
• Analysis and decision support – creating insights that improve profitability, quality, and efficiency
• Business and operational development – participating in strategic projects and driving improvement work

We are looking for someone who:

• Has several years of experience in qualified controller work in larger or complex organizations
• Has solid financial expertise and experience working closely with the business
• May have a background as a controller, financial analyst, or management consultant
• Has a strong interest in financial management, analysis, and business development

Scope: 100 %
Location: Gothenburg, partially remote
Period: 2025-11-03 – 2026-04-30 (possibility of extension)
Travel to Stockholm may occur (approximately once a month)
