About the position

As a mechanical designer with us, you will be part of a dynamic team, where we work in project form and in close collaboration with other engineering disciplines as well as project and service organizations. In this role, you will work on the development, improvement, and adaptation of our systems for industrial process gas purification. You will have the opportunity to design entire systems where it is important to think about the whole and ensure that it works in practice. Many of the components involved are made of stainless steel and sheet metal. We work in 3D CAD systems and PLM systems. In this role, you will have close communication with our suppliers, where quality review is an important part.

Your profile

We are looking for someone with experience as a mechanical designer and who has worked with project deliveries. You thrive in a role where you have the opportunity to influence and work with the whole from an early stage to installation. The role requires collaboration both internally and with suppliers and customers, so we see that you appreciate contact with people and are communicative. You are structured and meticulous with self-control and can drive your own work, as well as being experienced enough to act as a mentor to younger colleagues.

• Technical education or equivalent experience
• Several years of experience as a mechanical designer, preferably within the process industry or facility construction
• Experience with sheet metal constructions is an advantage
• Knowledge of Solidworks or similar 3D CAD systems and PLM systems
• Knowledge of BIM is an advantage
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written; Swedish is an advantage
