We are now looking for a new team member for our finance and logistics team. The role is varied

and responsible – perfect for you who want to work broadly, thrive with freedom under responsibility, and see

long-term potential in your professional role.

You will receive an introduction together with the current responsible person until the summer

(week 27-2026), which gives you a secure start and the opportunity to grow into the role over approximately 6

months.

Job Responsibilities

Finance

– Bookkeeping and monthly reconciliations

– Invoicing

– Supplier payments

– Customer and supplier accounts

– Reporting SCB, EU VAT, etc.

– Payroll processing and reporting

– Reconciliations before year-end closing

Logistics

– Create delivery lists for production

– Maintain ongoing contact with delivery monitors at customers

– Establish goods flags

– Order transport and freight

Systems we use

Visma: bookkeeping, inventory, etc.

Hogia: payroll

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, structured, and self-driven. You preferably have experience in

both finance and logistics and appreciate the opportunity to influence and develop your

Preferred qualifications:

– Have worked in Visma or Hogia before.

– Have experience in accounting and payroll management.

– Are educated in finance.
