We are looking for an experienced Accounting Assistant and Administrator with strong accounting skills for ISAB in Nykvarn. This is a 6-month consulting assignment with a good chance of extension.
Södertälje Industriservice Aktiebolag, ISAB, is a family-owned company that has been operational since the early 1960s. ISAB primarily works with the industrial sector as a client, providing services such as process cleaning of machines and equipment, logistics including warehousing services, and other industrial services.
ISAB is a welcoming company with a good atmosphere and excellent development opportunities.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be part of ISAB's finance team and work broadly with ongoing financial administration. You will work with both accounts payable and accounts receivable, but the focus will be on the accounts payable side. The position also includes ongoing accounting and monthly reconciliations. You will also work with orders and invoicing.
ISAB operates in the business system Pyramid Business Studio.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone with many years of experience in financial work, especially in accounts receivable and accounts payable, ongoing accounting, and reconciliations. You express yourself well in Swedish, both spoken and written. If you have also worked in Pyramid Business Studio, we consider it a merit.

More about the role
- Start: Immediately
- Scope: Full-time
- Location: Nykvarn (work is full-time on-site)
- Assignment: Consulting assignment for 6 months with the possibility of extension. You will be employed as a consultant with us at Andara Group during the assignment.
