Do you want to help shape the future digital support at Familjebostäder?

As a Solution Architect, you will play a key role in creating a modern, secure, and sustainable IT architecture that simplifies everyday life - both for the organization and our tenants.

You will be part of the Digital Development unit, which is responsible for ensuring that our IT systems and digital support function smoothly, are secure, and develop in line with the organization’s needs. The unit protects our information and IT environment, further develops digital solutions, and collaborates closely with the organization to create user-friendly and efficient working methods. Here, you will work in a team that drives digital development with a focus on utility, stability, and security - and ensures that we comply with laws and regulations regarding IT and information management.

Your responsibilities

• Design and further develop architectural models, integration solutions, and guidelines for security, operability, and data integration.
• Support projects and management in requirements work, procurement, and technical decisions.
• Ensure that solutions comply with strategies, standards, and regulations such as GDPR, NIS2, and LOU.
• Keep architecture and integration documentation updated and understandable for both technology and operations.
• Follow technology trends in cloud, data/AI, and IoT, and initiate feasibility studies and proof of concepts that create value.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in IT or equivalent experience.
• Several years of experience as a solution or integration architect.
• Ability to translate business needs into sustainable and cost-effective technical solutions.
• Good understanding of public requirements and information security.

Meritorious

• Experience with Azure, Kubernetes/AKS, API design, and integration platforms.
• Knowledge of frameworks such as TOGAF, ArchiMate, or ITIL.
• Experience from the real estate industry or public sector.

You are curious, unpretentious, and structured - a team player who enjoys sharing knowledge and finding solutions in complex environments. You can explain technology in a simple way, collaborate closely with the organization, and always focus on utility, quality, and long-term sustainability.
