We now welcome you as a nursing assistant to our cozy nursing home Enebacken.

In the role of nursing assistant with us at Forenede Care, you will work to provide good care, service, and support to our residents. Enebacken is a special accommodation focused on Somatics/dementia and short-term/respite care with 108 places.

In the position of nursing assistant, you will work with care and support based on the customer's wishes, in accordance with assistance decisions and always with a strong focus on quality. You will assist with personal hygiene, meal preparation and serving, responding to alarms, and being there for social interaction. Social interaction is an important part of our work to ensure that all our residents can live life to the fullest. This can involve chatting, playing games, going on outings, cycling, or coming up with fun activities together. You will also work with delegated tasks from licensed staff in the form of medication administration and training.

We are currently looking for several part-time colleagues for a permanent position with a probationary period. 

To be considered for the position, you need:

• A certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare as a nursing assistant
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing

We also see it as an advantage if you have previous experience in elderly care and dementia care.

To thrive in the position, you are engaged and care about your fellow human beings while being good at creating good relationships and being service-oriented. With us, we work in teams as well as independently, so it is important that you are comfortable in that environment.

Before we offer employment, you will need to present an unopened extract from the police criminal record. We also require a valid Swedish work permit, such as a passport or approved work permit from the Migration Agency.
