About the role

Do you want to help shape inspiring digital education that makes a difference? We are looking for someone who wants to work 60% and is passionate about digital learning and wants to contribute to developing the client's educational offerings.

Assignment:

As an educational producer, you will play a central role in developing and producing high-quality digital education. You will work closely with both colleagues and content owners to ensure that our training is pedagogical, accessible, and inspiring. The role involves significant personal responsibility, and you will independently drive projects from start to launch while collaborating with the team to achieve common goals.

Responsibilities: 

• Produce digital training in the Articulate 360 suite, both by updating existing courses and creating new ones
• Collaborate with experts to develop clear and inspiring scripts and training plans
• Ensure that the training is pedagogical, accessible, and user-friendly
• Project manage and participate in various training projects
• Collaborate with colleagues in the department to ensure high quality and good management of the educational offerings
• Administer training in our LMS (SAP SuccessFactors Learning)

We are looking for someone who has:

• Solid experience working with authoring tools, such as Articulate Storyline
• Good knowledge of the Office suite, especially PowerPoint and Word
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Good ability to process texts and write scripts
• Experience working in LMS/LXP
• Ability to independently drive learning projects from idea to launch

Meritorious:

• Experience in film and audio production
• Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
• Relevant post-secondary education, preferably at the university level
