With us, you will work closely with our clients to structure, create, and manage technical documentation, ranging from user manuals to strategic documentation plans and process descriptions. You will be a bridge between technology and the user.

You will:

Transform technical information into accessible and audience-adapted documentation.
Participate in technical and strategic forums to drive documentation issues.
Contribute to process development, certification materials, and information security documentation.

Basic Qualifications

We are looking for someone with at least three years of documented experience in technical communication or related roles. You are confident in your professional role, curious, and eager to develop alongside others.

You have:

Good technical understanding.
Experience working systematically with aftermarket communication in technology-heavy environments.
Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English.
Good experience working systematically with established methods and tools.
A humble attitude and enjoy collaborating with different roles and teams.

It is a plus if you have experience with:

XML-based documentation, DITA, S1000D, or STE.
Work with information architecture or terminology management.
Illustration tools or Adobe software.
Regulatory requirements and compliance documentation.

You are proficient in both Swedish and English, and have a driver's license (B) as some assignments require on-site presence with clients.
