The position is located at Fuchs' office by Södra Station in Stockholm, where you will become part of an engaged team within Customer Service. The group consists of 23 employees in the Nordics, with the majority in Stockholm and others in Oslo and Helsinki. Fuchs is in the midst of a journey towards increased automation, and here you will have the opportunity to become a central part of the digitalization.

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will work broadly with both customer contact and process development. The role also involves responsibility for implementing and monitoring automation solutions in the business, as well as contributing to the continued standardization of workflows.

Examples of job tasks:

• Implement automation solutions in Customer Service Nordic.
• Monitor IT interfaces between sales systems and RPA.
• Responsible for the Nordic webshop
• Onboard web customers and manage supplier portals.
• Update customer data and support in invoicing.
• Participate in relevant projects and business networks.

• Experience in customer service, order administration, or other administrative work with customer contact.
• Experience in digitalization, RPA, or customer integration
• Good system skills and experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP (SAP BW, SAP C4C).
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English – understanding of other Nordic languages is a plus.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• The ability to work independently, take responsibility, and drive your work to completion.
