We are looking for someone to work as a personal assistant for one of our clients in Kalmar. You will actively work according to clearly established routines both in our client's home and during activities. A strong work ethic and sense of responsibility are essential here.

We prefer that you have experience in healthcare and social care, and it is an advantage if you have previously worked as a personal assistant. The client/representative chooses their assistants, and personality is of great importance.

The security between you and the client, as well as in your tasks, is ensured through introductory sessions.

The client is a 37-year-old woman living in her own apartment in Kalmar. She needs your help with everything that belongs to everyday life. In addition to routines at home, she would like you to accompany her on walks, participate in activities, visit acquaintances, or have coffee in town. When you work with her, she needs your full focus, and you often work together with a colleague.

To work well with our client, you need to have qualities such as being attentive, patient, able to collaborate, and having a sense of consequence.

Working hours: day, evening, weekend, and awake night shifts.

Language requirement: speak and write Swedish

Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
