There are two different ways to work when you are employed as a teacher with us. The first option means that you have complete control over your own working hours, where you register your availability in our app on the days you want to work. This allows you to be booked for various daily substitutes at different schools on different days. This gives you a unique opportunity to try working at different workplaces through us before you choose where you feel best. It is also perfectly fine to combine this option with, for example, studies or other jobs when you are primarily interested in working extra for a higher salary at times that suit you.

The second option involves expressing interest to us for a longer assignment, such as a year-long or term assignment. We receive many requests continuously that vary in both working hours and assignment duration. Through these two different options to work with us, you will always get an assignment that suits you - regardless of how you prefer to work. It is also perfectly fine to alternate between which of the two options you prefer. Many who work with us choose, for example, to work on a full-time schedule during certain parts of the year and then work less during other parts.
