Bankgirot is now looking for an Engineer focused on ServiceNow and security-related modules for a growing part of the organization in Stockholm. Bankgirot has a unique position in Sweden's payment market, which is currently undergoing the largest transformation in modern times. Our IT organization is in a growth phase to develop future-proof solutions that comply with international standards and regulations.

The work to develop the payment infrastructure of the future is in full swing, and we need you who want to be part of the journey. As a ServiceNow Engineer, you will play a central role in managing and developing our ServiceNow platform – with a particular focus on SecOps, APM, BCM, and GRC/IRM.

Your Role

In this role, your primary focus will be to develop, maintain, and operate solutions within ServiceNow – from requirement specification and configuration to incident management and integrations. You will ensure that the platform meets Bankgirot's current and future needs and that the solutions adhere to our security principles and IT architecture.

The work involves close collaboration with both operations, development, and security functions. The ServiceNow implementation is in an early stage, which means great opportunities to influence the direction forward. Your main responsibilities:

• Develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow solutions, integrations, and workflows

• Participate in strategic planning, requirements management, change management, and follow-up

• Be responsible for incident and problem management within ServiceNow

• Ensure that solutions comply with IT architecture and security guidelines

• Contribute to technical documentation and best practices

We are looking for you who have

You are driven by working in a dynamic environment where you can help shape solutions and improvements. With technical knowledge in ServiceNow, you work analytically and structured and have a strong problem-solving ability. At the same time, you are a person who thrives in collaborations, willingly shares your expertise, and values an open and inclusive work climate. You communicate clearly, can explain complex issues in an understandable way, and appreciate when knowledge and experiences are shared within the team.

We believe you have experience configuring and maintaining the modules SecOps, APM, BCM, and GRC/IRM as well as managing API integrations. You are used to working with updates and upgrades, performance optimization, and using ServiceNow's built-in tools for diagnostics and troubleshooting. Furthermore, you have experience creating and maintaining workflows, notifications, escalations, and approval flows, and you can configure business rules, client scripts, and UI policies. Basic knowledge of JavaScript is an advantage.

You are also accustomed to creating reports and dashboards, managing integrations, and working with daily support, incident, problem, and change management. It is a merit if you have relevant ServiceNow certifications as well as good knowledge of security aspects related to the platform.

Other Information

The position is a permanent employment based in Liljeholmen, Stockholm. You need to have good knowledge of Swedish and English. Before employment is decided, a security review will be conducted according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585).
