We are now looking for a Patient Coordinator for our clinic/store in Täby. In this role, you will receive, take care of, and work with sales to customers before and after examinations and surgeries. You will be an important key player at the clinic/store to ensure that every customer feels safe and satisfied with the overall experience of their visit.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be an important link between all functions at the clinic/store, where your main focus is on the customers. Your daily work primarily consists of meeting all customers who come to the clinic/store based on their needs. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment, work towards set goals, and juggle multiple tasks where your responsibilities are varied. You will be responsible for:

• fitting and adjusting glasses
• preparing and assisting customers before and after doctor visits
• selling glasses
• guiding the customer/patient through our services
• conducting visual field tests
• optimizing booking flows and schedules
• handling incoming phone calls from new and existing customers
• if you are an Optician, you will also conduct examinations
• unpacking deliveries
• contacting and communicating with suppliers

Who you are

In this role, you should have experience in sales and/or a relevant service profession and be driven by providing world-class service while working towards set goals regarding conversion and sales. You should easily instill trust and create security for the customer. We see that you are a goal-oriented person who wants to deliver results and provide the best service to our customers and is motivated by working towards set goals.

To thrive with us, we see that you are a team player who understands the importance of collaboration as you will work closely with your colleagues at the clinic/store. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment but are also meticulous and structured. Furthermore, we see that you are good at building good relationships with both your colleagues and customers. As a person, you have a strong work ethic and flexibility.

It is an advantage if you have clinical training as a nursing assistant, optician, or equivalent.
