Bankgirot is now looking for an Engineer focused on ServiceNow and IT Operations Management (ITOM) for a growing part of the organization in Stockholm. As a ServiceNow Engineer, you will play an important role in building a platform that supports Bankgirot's transformation and ensures that our critical IT services operate stably and efficiently – both today and in the future.

Your role

In the role of ServiceNow Engineer, your primary focus will be to develop, maintain, and operate solutions within ServiceNow – from requirements specification and configuration to incident management and integrations. You will have a particular focus on ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, discovery, and API integrations. Since we are in an early stage of our implementation, there are great opportunities for you to influence the direction forward and contribute your expertise to build a modern and sustainable solution.

You will ensure that the platform meets Bankgirot's current and future needs and that the solutions comply with our security principles and IT architecture. The work involves close collaboration with both operations, development, and security functions. Your main responsibilities:

• Develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow solutions, integrations, and workflows

• Participate in strategic planning, requirements management, change work, and follow-up

• Be responsible for incident and problem management within ServiceNow

• Ensure that solutions comply with IT architecture and security guidelines

• Contribute to technical documentation and best practices

We are looking for someone who has

With technical knowledge of ServiceNow, you work in a structured and analytical way to create solutions that endure over time. We believe that you have experience configuring and maintaining the ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules, including CMDB/CSDM, Event Management, Service Mapping, discovery, and API integrations. You are used to working with updates and upgrades, performance optimization, and diagnostics, and are comfortable creating workflows that automate processes and create clarity. Basic knowledge of JavaScript is seen as an advantage. It is a merit if you have a ServiceNow certification, such as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), as well as knowledge of security aspects related to the platform.

Other information

The position is a permanent employment based in Liljeholmen in Stockholm. You need to have good knowledge of Swedish and English. Before employment is decided, a security review will be conducted according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585).
