We are currently looking for new colleagues for our customer service assignment for Åhléns – the department store that helps Sweden with everything from the latest fashion to home decor details. With us at Xzakt By Transcom in Gävle, you will assist their customers with everything from orders to memberships, ensuring that the entire experience is smooth – from click to delivery.

Short about the position

Scope: 80%

Fixed monthly salary: 18,997 SEK (over 24 years) / 16,386 SEK (under 24 years) + OB supplement and the possibility of a bonus on top of the salary 

Employment type: Permanent employment with a 6-month probationary period

Collective agreement: Call/Contact Center and Market Research Companies

We do not require experience, but we believe you are:

Curious about people

Sharp in expressing yourself in Swedish and English (in speech and writing)

A problem solver with good system skills

Excited to help others with fashion, beauty, and home feeling

What does the job entail? 

With us, customer service is about meeting people with care and clarity – via phone, chat, and email. You will receive paid thorough training and support from the team throughout the journey. 

In practice, this means that you:

Assist customers via phone, chat, and email

Answer questions about orders, memberships, deliveries, and terms

Handle complaints, returns, and other customer issues

Represent Åhléns in a fair and solution-oriented manner

Working hours: The schedule is set within customer service opening hours, which are 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM, every day of the week.

Location: Central Gävle

Start: November 3rd
