Your tasks
In this role, you will work with IT support in various ways, either as an onsite technician providing support on-site or via phone, where you assist using remote control tools.

The needs may vary, but the roles usually involve:
• Troubleshooting and support within IT environments
• Management of clients, servers, and networks
• Support via phone, email, and/or on-site
• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of systems and applications

Your profile
To be considered for the position, we prefer that you have worked with similar tasks for at least one year. You have a good understanding of Windows environments, Microsoft 365, and networks. As a person, you are service-oriented and enjoy helping users.

Requirements
• Relevant education in IT or other experience deemed equivalent by the employer
• Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft 365
• Good knowledge of Windows
• Fluent in Swedish and English – both spoken and written

Meritorious
• Experience with Azure
• B driver's license
