Eccera is now looking for a support technician with at least two years of experience in IT support at the 2nd line level for an assignment with a client who needs to strengthen their 2nd line support.

The assignment is full-time and will continue indefinitely.

As a technician in 2nd line support, you will work on receiving and resolving incidents and problems escalated from 1st line. You will work closely with the business, and you will resolve cases via phone, remote, and onsite. Solving more complex problems through thorough troubleshooting is a significant part of the job. You will work with daily installation and service maintenance, security solutions, and support work on equipment as well as in systems and applications such as Microsoft 365, Azure, and Intune.

To succeed in this role, we see that you have worked for at least two years with similar tasks and have five years of experience in IT. As a person, you have a structured mindset with attention to detail. You are technically skilled, a true team player, and fluent in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Requirements
•    Experience in deeper troubleshooting
•    Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure
•    Experience with Windows Server 2016 and above – setup and maintenance
•    Good network understanding
