Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Financial Accountant with deep knowledge of SAP and property management. In this role, you will have a central position in the accounting and administration of property contracts and lease agreements at a Nordic level. This assignment is suitable for someone who is self-driven, analytical, and has a strong understanding of IFRS16 and lease accounting. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, take initiative, and want to contribute to the development and harmonization of processes.

Responsibilities

As a Financial Accountant, you will be responsible for managing the entire flow of property contracts, including new agreements, renewals, and terminations. You will work in SAP, primarily in the Real Estate module, ensuring that all administration is conducted in accordance with IFRS16 and other regulations. The role also involves handling invoices, reconciling data, and following up on contracts in close collaboration with both internal teams and external parties. You will work proactively to improve and harmonize processes and contribute with analyses, reporting, and support in audits.

Qualifications

Required:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or property management

• Documented expertise in SAP, preferably the Real Estate module

• Good understanding of IFRS16 and lease accounting

• Advanced Excel skills for analysis and data processing

• Experience in managing property contracts and lease agreements across multiple units

• Ability to ensure compliance with regulations and internal controls

• Familiar with analyzing financial data, performing reconciliations, and supporting audits

• Proactive and self-driven with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative

• Excellent communication skills in both Scandinavian languages and English

• Able to work independently as well as closely with internal and external stakeholders

• University degree in finance or equivalent

Conditions

Working hours: Daytime, Monday to Thursday 06:00–15:00 and Fridays 05:50–13:00 Employment rate: Full-time Location: Solna/Stockholm Period: 2025-10-15 to 2026-06-30
