Have you worked with holistic thinking, complex technical systems, multiple phases in a system's lifecycle, and requirements management? Then you might be the one we are looking for!

Our team of dedicated individuals is looking for a Systems Engineer/Technical Project Manager eager to meet our customers' diverse needs. We work with government agencies and companies in the defense sector to create secure comprehensive solutions, streamline processes, and contribute to complex system development.

The tasks may vary depending on which customer and assignment you are working with, and in which phase of the system's lifecycle, but common to all is that you will have the opportunity to work with advanced and complex systems that make a difference for society.

Qualifications

We are now looking for a Systems Engineer/Technical Project Manager who has experience working on larger and more complex projects that require good collaboration skills. As a consultant and experienced professional, you contribute with customer value and upselling. You have a good understanding of the entire system's lifecycle and are comfortable navigating between technology, requirements, and collaboration.

 In addition to the above, we would like you to recognize yourself in the following:

• Master's degree (or equivalent) in fields such as Systems in Technology and Society (STS), Engineering Physics, Electrical Engineering. Extensive work experience in systems work may also fulfill the requirements.
• Experience from defense or defense-related areas, preferably also with FMV's processes and methods or equivalent in the defense industry.
• Several years of professional experience in the following: systems work, lifecycle perspective, technical project management/project participation, complex technical systems, requirements management, requirements verification, configuration management, ILS (Integrated Logistics Support), Systems Engineering, and/or the lifecycle model ISO 15288.
• Experience in several of a system's lifecycle phases (concept, development, production, operation, maintenance, decommissioning).
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing, as documentation, review, and communication constitute a large part of the work.

Desirable to have:

• Experience in consulting
• Certification from the international Systems Engineering organization INCOSE
• Experience with requirements management tools and model-based systems engineering (MBSE)
• Experience in computational science/programming thinking (mathematical modeling, numerical methods, programming and simulation, visualization and analysis) or experience from the EMC field

Additional Information

Our assignments are varied, many are in security-classified areas, which means that you need to undergo and be approved in a security clearance and educational verification before you start with us. Swedish citizenship is a requirement.

We are looking for new employees in the locations: Stockholm/Solna, Enköping, Arboga, Karlstad, Örebro, and Kristinehamn. Depending on the assignment, you may sometimes work on-site with the customer. Business travel may also occur.
