Work in sales at an insurance company in Stockholm

We are now looking for two new employees to our office in central Stockholm. Are you social, enjoy customer contact, and want to work with a product that makes a difference in people's everyday lives? Then this could be the right role for you!

About the role

You will be working with outgoing calls to new customers where you offer a dental insurance that makes it easier to afford dental care and prevent oral health problems. To succeed in this role, you need to be fearless, curious, and enjoy talking to people. We place great importance on the quality of the conversations, which means that you should also be attentive, clear, and meticulous.

Regardless of your background, you will receive a basic training that prepares you to meet customers in the best way. If you already have experience in telemarketing or working in a dialer system, it is an advantage, but we also welcome those who primarily have the right drive and motivation.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who:

Is social and enjoys talking to people

Has good communication skills and can express themselves clearly

Is driven and motivated to achieve set goals

Is willing to learn and develop in sales

Is attentive, meticulous, and professional in customer dialogue

Has experience in telemarketing or customer contact (meritorious, not required)

Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written (English is a plus)

Practical info

Location: Stockholm (central) Working hours: Mon–Fri 08:20–17:00 Salary: Fixed salary + commission with no cap
