Do you have experience in administration, enjoy a role with customer contact, and are used to working systematically in digital systems? We are now looking for a card administrator with good knowledge of SITHS or eTjänstekort, who wants to contribute to ensuring secure identity management in a critical community operation in Gothenburg.

Your responsibilities
As a card administrator, you will issue and manage eTjänstekort for an organization with high demands on security and reliability. You will identify users, take photos, activate and distribute cards, ensuring that the right person receives their electronic identity according to established procedures.

 

You will work both on-site in an office environment and travel to users within Gothenburg and sometimes within the Västra Götaland region.

 

Examples of tasks:
· Receive users for photography, activation, and ordering of eTjänstekort
· Issue replacement cards
· Deregister cards and manage the ordering of PUK codes
· Unlock cards and manage other card administration in associated systems
· Travel to users for card activation and photography on-site
· Work according to current procedures for SITHS and card issuance
 

Your profile
· At least two years of experience in administrative work

· Good computer skills and experience working in digital systems

· Very good knowledge of the Office suite, especially Excel

· Holds a B driver's license and can drive for work

· Good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written

· Technical high school education or equivalent relevant educational background

 

Desirable experiences:

· Previous work with SITHS or other forms of e-identification

· Experience working in the public sector, healthcare, or another regulated environment

· Experience working in case management systems or card administrative systems

· Familiarity with working according to security-classified processes and procedures

· You are flexible and thrive in an environment where changes can happen quickly

· You have a clear focus on security and follow procedures to the letter
