Store Salesperson at Mekonomen in Falköping

We are looking for someone who is passionate about sales, service-oriented, and has a drive to learn. Knowledge of car spare parts is a plus. As a store salesperson, you will work with private customers and workshop customers to independently and successfully sell our products. You want to work closely with customers, engage in meetings, and have the willingness to go the extra mile to create long-term customer relationships. You are a valued and flexible team player who enjoys working in a team and contributing to the whole.

Main Responsibilities

• Sales to both workshop customers and private customers on weekdays and weekends
• Serve our workshop customers via phone and deliver products according to the workshop customer's order
• Maintain order and display products in the store
• Assist customers with simple assembly
• Actively work with upselling during customer visits
• Sell consumables and product ranges to workshops and manage any replenishment
• Ensure that returns from customers are taken back to the store and handled correctly

We are looking for someone who has

• A completed high school education or equivalent, preferably with an automotive focus
• Experience and competence from previous work in a workshop is highly meritorious
• Interest in vehicles
• Engaged, responsible, and service-minded
• Positive attitude and solution-oriented
• Ability to communicate in both spoken and written Swedish
• Computer skills
• Valid driver's license (B)

OTHER

Scope: Summer temporary position 50-100%, with the possibility of extra work on weekends and as needed
