Are you our new colleague? With a large network of Sweden's top IT specialists and extensive experience in matching people and organizations, we help some of Sweden's leading employers find the right candidates for both employment and consulting assignments. We are now looking for an experienced Account Manager/Consultant Broker who wants to help strengthen our position as one of Sweden's leading players in IT recruitment and consulting brokerage.
About the role
In the role of Account Manager, you will be responsible for the entire sales process, from prospecting to building long-term customer relationships and delivering the right consulting solutions. Your mission is to increase the inflow of assignments, develop collaborations, and strengthen our network in the industry.
You will:
- Identify and engage new customers at decision-making levels.
- Develop and nurture customer relationships you have created.
- Present consultants and solutions that meet customer needs.
- Stay updated on the market and tech trends.
- Contribute knowledge, energy, and commitment to the team.
Who are you?

We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience in B2B sales, preferably within the consulting or recruitment industry.
- Is communicative and pedagogical, both verbally and in writing in Swedish and English.
- Is driven to work results-oriented and motivated by setting and achieving goals.
- Has an interest in establishing and further developing good relationships with your customers.
- Is structured and accustomed to administrative work.
- Has an interest in IT and tech.
