Job Responsibilities

In our newly launched trainee program, you will be placed in the department of Economics and Strategy, and from that starting point, work on projects across Skövde Energi. This gives you the opportunity to understand our operations and business areas and to work with both operational and strategic tasks in different parts of the company. By participating in various projects, you will develop both your technical and analytical skills while having the chance to take initiative and shape solutions to important issues within the company. You will play a key role where you will work with a broad range of tasks and gain an overview of the entire organization.

During the period, you will share experiences with other trainees at Skövde and Jönköping Energi. You will have the opportunity to dive into different parts of the businesses and develop in an industry that is facing exciting challenges and opportunities in the future. Through collaboration across company boundaries, we offer mentorship between energy companies, coordinated study visits, and insights into the future of the industry to provide you with the best conditions for personal and professional development.

When your trainee year is completed, you will be offered a position within Skövde Energi, arranged in consultation with you to match your skills and areas of interest.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who

· Is a recent graduate or has a maximum of 2 years of work experience after your studies.

· Holds a degree in energy, sustainable energy systems, industrial economics, electrical engineering, or similar.

Have you studied a different field but are interested in the energy sector? Apply! We are open to various possibilities.

· Is curious, solution-oriented, and has a strong desire to develop.

· Has good communication skills and enjoys collaborating.

· Master Swedish well in both spoken and written form.
