Job Responsibilities

We are looking for someone interested in becoming part of future logistics solutions! Are you a structured and solution-oriented person with experience in logistics? Then this could be your chance to make valuable contacts that lead to future assignments.

In the role of Logistics Coordinator, your main responsibility will be to coordinate logistics flows for customers and collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders. You will be part of a team where the goal is to ensure high customer satisfaction and that the logistics flows function effectively.

The role may involve, among other things:

• Preparation and issuance of import and export documentation, as well as ensuring compliance with customs guidelines and other legal requirements.
• Negotiation and purchase of logistics services to create cost-effective and smooth transport solutions.
• Handling of special cargo and coordination of more complex transport assignments.
• Planning and booking of transports to ensure a smooth and efficient logistics flow.
• Continuous contact with customers, freight forwarders, shipping companies, and global partners.
• Optimization of logistics flows through continuous improvements and close collaboration with the purchasing and warehouse departments.
• Creation and maintenance of guidelines and standards for effective shipping methods.
• Development and implementation of new shipping procedures as needed.
• Collaboration with other departments.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with experience as a Logistics Coordinator or in a similar role within logistics. You are communicative, cooperative, flexible, and solution-oriented, with an eye for detail and the ability to work both independently and in a team.

Preferred qualifications:

• Knowledge of handling import and export documentation.
• Planning and coordinating transports, including special cargo, as well as the ability to negotiate and purchase logistics services.
• Experience with Letters of Credit.
• Training in hazardous goods (ADR) is a significant plus.

• Working hours: Office hours

If hired, you will initially be employed by us at Aditro Logistics and leased to the customer with the goal of eventually becoming directly employed by the customer.
