About the Role

Then you can stop reading here because we are looking for someone who appreciates quality and recognizes terms like PPAP, 8D, PFMEA, SPC, R&R, KPI, or CAPA and understands the importance of having an established quality management system.

Does it suit you to work cross-functionally, motivate, inspire, and build good relationships with various stakeholders such as quality, purchasing, development, and production? Do you enjoy investigating problems and implementing improvements, and do you want to help our clients translate requirements into technical specifications that you communicate and follow up with their suppliers? Do you have a technical background and experience in the manufacturing industry and quality work? Then you might be our new colleague!

As a consultant with us, you will work on assignments such as quality engineer, Product Requirement Engineer, or SQE (Supplier Quality Engineer) / SQA (Supplier Quality Assurance) at our clients. There, you will investigate quality issues and deviations in products and materials, conduct root cause analyses and risk assessments, implement corrective actions, drive improvement work, develop strategies and methods for testing and verification, and conduct supplier audits.

Who are we?

Our section Compliance & Quality Management (CQM) consists of about 30 employees in Mälardalen, Malmö, and Gothenburg. The section is led by Britta-Stina along with group manager Lars and our team leader Jacob. Among our employees, who range from recent graduates to seniors, there is a broad competence in quality, compliance, and business development. We work with products throughout their lifecycle or processes across the entire organization in various industries and organizations.

Requirements

You are trustworthy, unpretentious, and have the ability to quickly understand contexts in new environments, industries, and products. You are looking for a job that is varied, developing, fun, and requires initiative!

We place great importance on personal qualities and want you to have the ability to communicate your knowledge and insights pedagogically to different parts of an organization.

To succeed in this role, you have:

• Some years of experience in quality work or requirements specification for suppliers in the manufacturing industry
• A relevant bachelor's or master's degree in engineering

Of course, you can read a drawing, enjoy writing reports, and have good skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. If you have also worked as an SQE / SQA or have experience in claims management, quality assurance of components, and production in the automotive industry or medical technology, that is a plus.
