We are now looking for a part-time Customer Advisor to join our Existing team in the Personal Loan Department. In the Personal Loan team, you will be surrounded by competent colleagues, a great community, and supportive leadership. We see development as an important part of the job, and therefore you will learn at least two of our markets (Norway, Sweden... and Finland if you speak Finnish).

About the role: As a Customer Advisor, you will always work with the phone in hand to handle incoming and outgoing calls with our existing customers. You can assist our customers with invoice information, make loan applications, obtain additional loans, check the status of loan applications, manage insurance in dialogue with customers, and much more. In this role, you will also work with win-back calls, where your focus is to re-establish the relationship with customers who are about to close their loans. You will listen to customers' needs, identify reasons for closure, and offer solutions that create value and build long-term loyalty.

Along with the calls, some administration and chat contact will be involved, but the role itself is phone-based, and therefore we are looking for someone who enjoys talking to customers and sees each call as an opportunity to help! To thrive in the role of Customer Advisor, we believe you need to have an interest in sales and enjoy working towards set goals.

Good to know:

When you start this position, you will undergo training for 3-4 weeks, which will be full-time at the office. During these weeks, we encourage you to participate in the training as much as possible to ensure you have the best conditions and learning experience. During this period, we prefer that you schedule your studies for evenings and weekends, but of course, it is fine for you to participate in mandatory school activities.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has worked in service, preferably from roles in retail, restaurants, travel agencies, telephony, sales, or similar - we will teach you the rest!
  • Has an interest in helping customers in a service role with sales targets
  • Can work part-time for at least 1 year and has another main occupation of at least 50% during this time.
  • Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish and English; Norwegian is a plus
  • Is comfortable speaking with Norwegian customers daily

Practical information: Scope: As needed, approximately 2-3 days a week and more during holidays Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Hourly wage The salary for this position ranges from 160-170 SEK/hour and is determined individually based on relevant knowledge, experience, and education.
