Härnevi Preschool is a small and personal preschool located in the countryside, about ten kilometers outside of Enköping. The preschool is staff-driven, meaning that some of the staff also sit on the board and are actively involved in developing the operations.

We are a Green Flag certified preschool that works extensively with sustainable development and nature pedagogy. A large part of our activities take place outdoors – both in our large yard and in the nearby forest.

We accept children aged 1–12 years, as we also run after-school activities in the afternoons. Our pedagogy is based on the children's interests and curiosity. As an educator with us, you will be involved in planning, documenting, and reflecting on the operations together with the team.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has training as a childcare worker or preschool teacher
• Is flexible and solution-oriented in everyday life
• Has good pedagogical skills and a strong commitment to the profession
• Treats children, parents, and colleagues with respect and has good collaboration skills
