This position as an IT Support Technician requires you to be fluent in both spoken and written Finnish and Swedish. At the client, you will primarily support users via phone and email, but it can also happen physically on-site at the office. You will assist users with IT-related questions regarding their computers, equipment, phones, printers, and software.

Job Responsibilities
The daily work includes using the ticketing system Servicedesk Plus, remote control of users' computers via the built-in Quick Assist feature in Windows, account and group management via Active Directory - also via cloud (Azure and Office 365 admin panels) as well as remote control of servers through the ASG-Remote tool.

Your Profile and Qualifications
 

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience as a 1st line IT support technician in a Service Desk
• Good knowledge of Active Directory and Azure Active Directory
• Experience troubleshooting via remote control
• Experience with ticketing systems
• Good telephone skills
• Good experience troubleshooting in a Windows and O365 environment
• Fluent in Finnish and Swedish

Meritorious:

• ITIL
• Relevant education in IT
