This position as an IT Support Technician requires you to be fluent in both spoken and written Finnish and Swedish. You will be offered a varied job that requires commitment and initiative with a high sense of responsibility. Do you enjoy troubleshooting at both 1st and 2nd line levels in a broad environment? At the client, you will primarily support users via phone and email, but it can also happen physically on-site at the office. You will assist users with IT-related questions regarding their computers, equipment, phones, printers, and software.

Job Responsibilities
The daily work includes using the ticketing system Servicedesk Plus, remote control of users' computers via the built-in Quick Assist feature in Windows, account and group management via Active Directory - also via cloud (Azure and Office 365 admin panels) as well as remote control of servers through the ASG-Remote tool.

Your Profile and Qualifications
 

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience as a 1st line IT support technician in a Service Desk
  • Good knowledge of Active Directory and Azure Active Directory
  • Experience troubleshooting via remote control
  • Experience with ticketing systems
  • Good telephone skills
  • Good experience troubleshooting in a Windows and O365 environment
  • Fluent in Finnish and Swedish

Meritorious:

  • ITIL
  • Relevant education in IT
