About the role

As a group leader, your primary task is to coach and work in daily care activities alongside the team. This means you are a role model for your employees, and through your strong commitment, you create a good working environment in the group every day. You will work during the day, on weekends, and evenings.

• Close leadership: The role exists in our organization to ensure close leadership and provide support. You have personnel and planning responsibility for your work group and are involved in developing and quality-assuring operations in accordance with Vardaga's concept. This is done by being present and supportive, answering questions, leading, giving feedback, and affirming your employees in their daily work.
• Participation: As a group leader, you report to the operations manager and have the opportunity to influence through your participation in the local management group.

About Villa Täby Park

Villa Täby Park has 80 apartments spread over four floors with both somatic and dementia-oriented care. We have a shared department kitchen, nice common areas, and a pleasant garden.

• Activity coordinator: We work systematically with activities and have an activity coordinator who develops and carries out meaningful activities with our residents.
• Dementia certification: We are a dementia-certified residence, which means that all of us who work here are trained in dementia and interaction through the Dementia Academy. You will also undergo this training.
• Young Care: We have a collaboration with the company Young Care. This means that a team of young people aged 14-18 visits us on weekends and holidays. Young Care engages in various activities with us who work here to enhance the quality of life for the residents.
• Animals in care: Here we work with animals in care, and we have regular visits from therapy animals.

Your experience and knowledge

You are a trained nursing assistant, have good computer skills, and speak and write fluent Swedish. Experience in elderly care and leadership is an advantage for this role. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
