We are currently looking for new colleagues for our customer service assignment for one of Sweden's largest mobile operators. With us, you will assist their customers with everything from subscription questions to technical support – ensuring a smooth overall experience.

About the position
Scope: 80% Fixed monthly salary: 18,997 SEK (over 24 years) / 16,386 SEK (under 24 years) Employment type: Permanent employment with a 6-month probation period Collective agreement: Call/Contact Center and Market Research Companies Generous commission system on top of the monthly salary

What does the job entail?
As part of our team, you will assist customers with everything from subscription questions and technical support to invoices and number transfers. You will receive paid training and support from the team throughout your journey. Upselling is a natural part of the role.
In practice, this means that you: Help customers via incoming calls Answer questions about subscriptions, invoices, and technical issues Handle support cases and other customer inquiries Represent the brand in a fair and solution-oriented manner
