Villagatan is a group home for adults covered by LSS person group 1. We work with individually tailored support based on clarifying pedagogy and low-arousal responses. Together with your colleagues, you will constantly evaluate and adapt your working methods to the individual's best interests. As a housing supporter with us, you will primarily work with our residents, although some administrative tasks such as social documentation will also be part of your role. You will be supported by an accessible leadership with a team leader present during daytime on weekdays, who also manages much of the daily operations, as well as a business manager.

As a housing supporter, you work with people who need support with their daily living.

In this role, you will: - Provide individual support, care, and service interventions - Plan and carry out activities with the client - Perform delegated health and medical tasks You will work both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues. Who are you? - Education as a nursing assistant, special educator, or behavioral scientist - Experience from similar work - Knowledge of low-arousal responses, clarifying pedagogy - Good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form, as documentation is a significant part of the job - A B driver's license for manual transmission is required As a person, you are service-oriented, attentive, and accommodating. The position as a housing supporter also requires patience, flexibility, and responsiveness.
