At Norlandia Preschools, we are looking for someone who wants to work as a preschool assistant at our preschool Halsbandet in Upplands Väsby. We are looking for someone with a big heart and a desire to make a difference in children's lives. We prefer that you find it easy to collaborate with others and have the ability to be flexible and attentive to adapt to the children's needs.

Qualifications:

• We prefer that you have education or ongoing education as a preschool assistant
• It is highly meritorious if you have previous experience working in preschool
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language is required, both spoken and written.
• You have good knowledge of the curriculum's content and feel that you can contribute to the development of the operations together with colleagues in a collegial learning environment.
• You have good knowledge of Office365

Norlandia Preschools Halsbandet, located in the scenic area of Sigma in Upplands Väsby, is a safe and inspiring place where children have the opportunity to explore and grow. The preschool has a large, green yard with exciting play equipment that encourages play and discoveries in nature. Proximity to parks and forest areas makes outdoor education a natural part of everyday life.

With five departments and space for a total of 110 children, Halsbandet preschool offers an inclusive and warm community where everyone can feel welcome.

At Norlandia Preschools, we offer you professional development every semester based on the preschool's prioritized goals and initiatives. You will benefit from our unique concepts, professional development days at the preschool, central initiatives, and offerings through our digital learning platform.

Employment type: Temporary 3-6 months

Extent: Full-time

Working hours: Daytime

Start date: October 20

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Before a possible employment, you must be able to present an extract from the criminal record. You also need to be able to prove that you have the right to work in Sweden by showing that you have citizenship within the EU/EES or a valid work permit.
