Our Business Services deliver efficient payment services and financial solutions to ICA retailers, ICA Group, as well as authorities and municipalities. What does the role offer?

As a customer manager at ICA Banken, you have a central role where you are the customer's first contact. Your tasks include helping customers over the phone, chat, and email with various questions about the bank's products, services, and digital solutions. You will offer tailored solutions for individuals based on the customer's individual needs. Your mission also includes naturally broadening customers' engagement with ICA Banken and thereby contributing to long-term relationships. 

You are expected to work at least 35 hours per month both on weekdays and 1-2 weekend shifts. The work shifts are between 4-5 hours or full days by agreement. The working hours for students are flexible and follow ICA Banken's opening hours, which means weekdays from 07:50-20:10 and weekends from 9:50-14:10. You are responsible for entering your availability so that it fits well with your studies or other work. You are employed through Randstad AB on assignment at ICA Banken, and the assignment begins with an introductory training that lasts about four weeks and is coordinated with you to fit your studies/other work. 

Who are you?

We would like you to have previous experience in a sales role or have a background in service where you are used to taking a lot of personal responsibility. As a person, you are genuinely service-oriented, curious, and love challenges. You thrive in sales and have a strong interest in personal finance. Self-leadership comes naturally to you, and you are looking for a work environment characterized by continuous learning, entrepreneurship, and a strong focus on the customer.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls, emails, chat inquiries from customers
  • Handle administrative customer matters and ensure a high level of customer service. 
  • Work with upselling to new and existing customers
  • Proactively identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions. 
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure that customer needs are met.

Qualifications

  • You have another main occupation of at least 50% and have at least 1.5 years left of your studies.
  • Be able to work full-time during the summer and during the holiday period between Christmas and New Year
  • Good knowledge of both Swedish and English, as well as good computer skills
  • Approved high school grades

We are also open to those who want a part-time position.
