Job responsibilities:

Fortum works to tailor and sell electricity agreements to businesses and individuals across Sweden. With a focus on customer benefit and sustainability, we help our customers get the best electricity agreements. In the role of Upsales Agent, you will:

The position involves actively making calls and working with upselling security packages and ID protection.

• This role requires you to have good language skills in both Swedish and English.

Other:

• At least a high school diploma
• You are comfortable handling various systems
• Ability to communicate fluently in English and Swedish, both in writing and speaking. (Other languages are a plus)
• Previous experience in sales is highly meritorious
• Ability to work 100%
