For the winter season 2026, we are looking for you who want to work with us in an exciting and intense industry with the mountains right outside the door!

As a ski instructor in Björkliden and Riksgränsen, you will primarily work with children's ski school, private lessons, and off-piste guiding, but also in our sports information and, if necessary, with events, competitions, and other types of activities and tasks that fall under the sports department.

In Björkliden, we work extensively with children's ski school, children's club, and children's activities, while in Riksgränsen we focus more on freeride and off-piste. You will mainly be based at one of our facilities, but it may also be relevant to work between the facilities if needed. During the 2026 season, we will have open ski systems from February 6 to May 3 in Björkliden, and from February 20 to May 24 in Riksgränsen.

Your tasks

As a ski instructor in Björkliden and Riksgränsen, you will among other things:

• Hold lessons in children's ski school and private lessons.
• Conduct off-piste guiding and freeride lessons.
• Work in sports information with service and bookings.
• Support at events, competitions, and activities organized by the sports department.
• Participate in children's club and children's activities (mainly in Björkliden).
• Contribute to the sports department's other work where needed.

Your profile

• You have training as a ski instructor or equivalent experience in teaching alpine skiing.
• You are confident in skiing at all levels, preferably with experience in off-piste/freeride.
• You enjoy working with children and have a pedagogical and playful approach.
• You have a great interest in service and enjoy meeting guests from different countries and cultures.
• You are flexible and helpful, and enjoy working in a team where you support each other.
• You are proactive and like to contribute to events, competitions, and other activities within the sports department.

Meritorious

• You have a snowmobile driving license.
• You are trained as a mountain guide according to the Mountain Guide Norm.
• You have some form of avalanche training.
• You have previous experience of the area around Björkliden and Riksgränsen.
