Job Description

Randstad Digital is currently looking for a 2nd line support technician for one of our clients. Here, you will work with support for cases both on-site and remotely, as well as documenting, managing incidents, and helping to develop the work in the service desk at the client level. The work is varied, and you will be part of a social and friendly workgroup. You will work with both PC and Mac support as well as application support.

The assignment starts in October and lasts for at least a year.

Responsibilities

Here you will primarily work with:

• On-site and remote support
• Writing and editing knowledge articles, procedures, and instructions, etc.
• Account management
• Incident coordination

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with several years of experience in 1st and 2nd line support. You should also have knowledge of ITIL, preferably with a certification.

You need to have knowledge of both Mac and PC environments, as well as experience with Windows 11, Intune, and Azure. You should also have knowledge of both Android and iPhone.

You need to have very good Swedish in both spoken and written form and be accustomed to documenting clearly and pedagogically. You should also have experience working with orders and incident management.
