About the role

As a customer service representative, you will be an important part of a close-knit team of five, where you will strive together to deliver first-class service online. In this role, you see every customer contact as an opportunity to build trust and strengthen our brand identity.

The team's main focus is on order administration, and to succeed in this role, you need to be administratively inclined, structured, and meticulous, as well as have a solution-oriented approach. The position suits you if you have a positive attitude towards change and a strong desire to develop in your role. In your role, you will have direct contact with our customers, aiming to provide them with the best possible assistance regarding inquiries about orders, deliveries, and technical issues. You will work across several different systems and platforms that interact, making it important that you have an interest in technical solutions and systems.

Your tasks include, among other things

• Overall administration in ERP & Ecom (orders & customers).
• Handle both private and business customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat.
• Answer technical questions about products.
• Research information about products.
• Work with inquiries in both Swedish and English.
• Update and maintain customer orders.
• Administer payments & inquiries related to our payment services.
• Handle inquiries & complaints against carriers (Postnord, Bring, DHL, etc.).
• Support the claims department in the warehouse.

Your qualifications

To fit and successfully perform your tasks in this role, it is beneficial if you have:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales support, and/or sales.
• Experience working with case management systems.
• Technical interest in IT products.
• Master of multitasking.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English (written and spoken).
• Familiarity with using various IT systems, including the Office suite and Excel.

About the position

• Probationary employment for six months.
• Start: As soon as possible, considering any notice period.
• Working hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week with working hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Remote work: Wednesdays.
• Collective agreement: Yes.
• Location: You will work at MaxGaming's office in Upplands Väsby. The office is easily accessible both by public transport from Upplands Väsby station and by car, where free parking is available.
