About the role As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be a central contact point for customers throughout their journey. You will combine service, administration, and sales in a varied role where you meet both private customers, corporate clients, partners, and international colleagues.
Your responsibilities include:
- Managing bookings and price inquiries for rental cars and additional products, both in Sweden and abroad.
- Answering questions via phone, email, and social media.
- Working with upselling of products and services.
- Resolving customer issues of various kinds, from simple questions to complaints, damage reports, and insurance matters.

We are looking for you… We are looking for someone driven by providing the best possible service. You are communicative, engaged, and see opportunities for upselling. Structured and meticulous, but also flexible when needed, and you spread energy to both customers and colleagues. Requirements
- High school diploma
- Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Approved background check
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in phone-based work, customer service, and/or sales
- Previous experience in the travel or automotive industry
- Familiarity with booking and CRM systems, such as Salesforce
Practical information
Location: Södertälje, Hovsjö Extent: Full-time, temporary until 31/12 2025. Good chances for extension. Working hours: Office hours (08:30-17:00) Salary: Individual salary setting, collective agreement applies Contact: For questions, email us at [email protected]
